HOUSE RULES
- The property has been renovated to preserve the character of a traditional Japanese house and is not barrier-free.
- Please be mindful of steps and level differences throughout the building.
- Children of preschool age may stay free of charge (up to two) if no additional bedding is required.
- Three or more preschool children, as well as children of elementary school age and above, are charged at the adult rate.
- There is no separate child rate.
- To encourage a calm and restful atmosphere, indoor lighting is intentionally kept minimal.
- There is no television.
- Please enjoy the natural sounds of the surrounding environment as your background music.
- For fire safety, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property, including e-cigarettes.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas outside the premises, and a portable ashtray is required.
- Please refrain from loud conversations outdoors at night.
- Bonfires and BBQ activities should be finished by 9:00 p.m.
- As the property is located in a natural setting, insects may occasionally enter indoors.
- Please take care when opening and closing windows.
- For stays of multiple nights, housekeeping and linen changes are not provided.
- If requested, this service is available for an additional fee of JPY 5,500 per day(cleaning time: approximately 3 hours).
- A washer-dryer is available for guest use.
- If professional cleaning is required, please let us know (additional charge applies).
- In the event of damage or loss of facilities, furnishings, or amenities, or excessive soiling of bedding, additional cleaning and repair costs may be charged to restore the items to their original condition.
- The same applies to the removal of any items from the property. Thank you for your understanding.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation fees apply from 20 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Reductions in the number of guests or nights due to personal circumstances are also subject to cancellation charges.
