Fresh vegetables delivered directly from local farms, wood-fired, European-style rustic bread from Compain—a bakery trained in France—ripe fruit confiture, TOKYO X brand pork sausages and bacon, and free-range eggs.

Tokyo Premium BBQ Ingredients
A premium BBQ ingredients set centered around three locally raised Tokyo brand meats from producers in the Tama area: Akigawa Beef, TOKYO X pork, and Tokyo Shamo chicken.
Seasonal ingredients such as locally harvested vegetables, mushrooms, and river fish are included, reflecting the flavors of the region.
Use of a Weber BBQ grill is included, along with charcoal and fire starters.
White rice is provided for each guest to cook and enjoy.

Chef Katsuya Yuasa
Italian
Chef Yuasa trained in Italy at Ristorante Il Pino in Tuscany, as well as La Griglia and Villa Sonia in Sicily. While specializing in Italian cuisine, he also holds professional certifications as a bread artisan and wine expert.
After returning to Japan, he served as head chef at restaurants in Ginza, Tokyo, and Koshigaya, Saitama.
His cooking celebrates authentic regional Italian dishes, thoughtfully prepared with organic vegetables and handcrafted bread.

On the day of reservation
The chef will arrive 1–2 hours before mealtime to prepare in the villa kitchen. From prep to clean-up, everything is taken care of by the chef—just relax and enjoy.
