How can I pay for my stay?
Payment must be made in advance via credit card only.
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Standard check-in is from 3:00–6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00–11:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged for an additional ¥2,000 per hour, subject to availability.
Is it possible for non-staying guests to use the facilities on a day-use basis?
Our facilities are primarily reserved for overnight guests.
Non-staying guests may enjoy day-use access by prior arrangement at ¥3,500 per person (3:00–9:00 p.m.).
Unauthorized use without prior notice will be subject to a ¥7,000 per person fee.
When do cancellation fees apply?
Cancellation fees will be charged as follows. Any changes in the number of guests or nights requested by the guest are also subject to these fees.
20 days before stay: 10%
14 days before stay: 20%
7 days before stay: 50%
1 day before stay: 100%
On the day of stay: 100%
How much is the children’s rate?
Generally, up to two children aged 6 or under stay free, and children 7 and over are charged as adults(policies may vary by plan).

Is the room equipped with a TV?
No, and we do not offer rentals. Please enjoy a quiet and peaceful stay.
Is smoking allowed?
The property is entirely non-smoking, including e-cigarettes, to ensure safety in our traditional wooden house. If you wish to smoke, please use a portable ashtray and step outside to the designated smoking area.
Are baby chairs and cribs available for rent?
Baby chairs and cribs can be arranged upon request for a fee (baby chair: ¥1,100, crib: ¥2,200). Up to 2 chairs and 1 crib are available per stay. Please request when booking, as we may not be able to prepare them without prior notice.
Are meals included?
Meals are not provided, but you are welcome to use the kitchen. We also have optional plans to prepare fresh local ingredients, and private transport to select partner restaurants is available upon request.
Do you have food allergy accommodations for the ingredient plans?
No, we kindly ask that guests with food allergies refrain from using our ingredient plans. All food provided by the villa should be consumed at your own discretion, and we cannot accept any responsibility for allergic reactions.
Are bottled or tap water available for drinking?
Yes. We provide a complimentary bottled water for all guests. Our local tap water is also of excellent quality and safe to drink, so you may enjoy it directly as well.
Is electricity available in the glamping tents?
Yes, there is also outdoor power available at the main house, but extension cords are not permitted.
Can I rent BBQ or firepit equipment?
Grill sets with Weber grills, cooking tools, charcoal, and more: ¥3,300. LODGE 10″ Dutch oven: ¥1,100. SNOW PEAK firepits: ¥2,200 (accessories included). Firepits are not for barbecue use.
Can I cook outside if it rains?
In case of rain, a tarp, table, and chairs will be provided so you may still cook out.
For safety reasons, outdoor cooking is not permitted indoors or on the main house’s wooden deck.
Can I use a sauna?
No, we do not offer a sauna.
about Access & Surroundings
How do I get there by train?
BO-SHA is about 3.5 km from JR Musashi-Itsukaichi Station. You can reach us on foot, by rental bicycle, or by taxi.
It takes around 50 minutes on foot, 20 minutes by bike, or about 10 minutes by taxi (taxis are available in front of the station).
The walk or ride is especially enjoyable, passing through nostalgic countryside villages and beautiful natural scenery along the way.
Do you offer transfers?
We provide pick-up and drop-off to and from JR Musashi-Itsukaichi Station. Please let us know your arrival time in advance.
Is parking available?
We have a private parking area with space for 3 standard cars.
Can I rent a bicycle?
Our villa partners with Tokyo Uramayama Base, located in front of JR Musashi-Itsukaichi Station, offering electric bicycle rentals (¥3,900 per day, or ¥5,800 for 2 days). It takes about 20 minutes by bike between the station and the villa. Please see here for more details.
Are there convenience stores or supermarkets nearby?
You’ll find a variety of shops around JR Musashi-Itsukaichi Station. Convenience stores include 7-Eleven and FamilyMart, and supermarkets such as Inageya and Marufuji are also available.

May I bring a pet with me?
Please note that our property is not generally intended to accommodate pets. However, one small dog may be permitted subject to specific conditions. We kindly ask that you carefully review and fully understand the information provided here prior to making use of this option.
Upon check-in, guests will be required to sign a Pet Accompaniment Agreement.
May I set off fireworks?
Yes, only handheld (non-aerial) fireworks are permitted.
However, in consideration of our neighboring community, we kindly ask that all fireworks activities be concluded by 9:00 p.m.
May I use the property as a venue for filming, meetings, or events?
It may be permitted depending on the date and details of the request. Please contact us in advance for further information. Please note that parties or events open to the general public are not permitted.
